Methodist Hospital Westover Hills, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Supervisor of Electrophysiology Lab to coordinate daily operations of the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Labs and to oversee staffing, inventory, and patient service standards in the San Antonio area.

The role requires a healthcare-related bachelor’s degree, 2 years of relevant experience, and current certifications (RCIS/RCES, Texas RN license, ARRT, CPR).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
  • 2 years previous healthcare experience is required, preferably in a cardiovascular or nursing role.
  • Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Provides management and coordination for the daily operation of the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Labs.
  • Will ensure proper inventory supplies, scheduling of personnel, improving the quality and maintaining high standards of customer service, staff development, and be an effective physician liaison.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field
RCIS Certificate
RN License (Texas)
ARRT Certification
CPR Certificate
