• Assignment Type: Locum tenens (Travel Nursing Contract)
• Location: Norfolk, VA 23507 (Virginia healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
• Start Date: August 10, 2025
• End Date: November 16, 2025
• Contract Duration: 14 weeks
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,330 - $2,390
  
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (Virginia or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an EP Lab RN or in a similar acute care nursing role
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical skills in electrophysiology procedures, patient monitoring, and cardiac care
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

• Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, and device implantations
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after EP procedures
• Administer medications and provide patient education related to electrophysiology and cardiac procedures
