Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an EP Lab Manager in Austin, TX, within a 371-bed acute care hospital with a heart hospital and cardiovascular services. The role reports to nursing leadership and supervises nursing and support staff in the EP labs.

You will coordinate patient flow and clinical operations, conduct staff performance appraisals, manage budgets and inventory, ensure accurate records and charges, and drive quality outcomes through in-services and meetings.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Acute care experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff across EP labs.
• Coordinate patient flow and clinical operations in EP labs.
• Lead staff communication through in-services and department meetings.
• Manage budget oversight and inventory control.
