Job summary

Virginia Heart in Falls Church, VA, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse, Clinical Lead for our Electrophysiology office. This EP leader will mentor staff, oversee clinical operations, and serve as the go-to resource for clinicians and providers.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a salary of $40.00-$45.00 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. No nights or weekends; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active Virginia license.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience; electrophysiology experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Strong computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical schedules and assignments.
• Mentor clinical staff and serve as clinical lead.
• Act as liaison between clinical and administrative teams.
• Ensure daily clinical tasks and safety checks are completed.
• Maintain emergency equipment and supplies per policy.
• Support policy compliance and continuing education.
