Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking an experienced EP cardiologist to join its cardiovascular program, starting July 2027. The role combines advanced electrophysiology procedures with long-term patient management and device oversight.

You will work with a team of EP physicians and engage in fellow and resident education while supporting inpatient and outpatient services across Nazareth Hospital, St. Mary Medical Center, and Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital.

Qualifications

• Board-certified electrophysiologist with expertise in complex ablations and device therapy.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services.
• Ability to manage remote device monitoring and longitudinal arrhythmia care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with complex cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiologic disorders.
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans.
• Perform advanced electrophysiology procedures, including complex ablations (SVT, VT, AF), pacemaker and ICD implantation, and LAA closure; lead extractions and device revisions as credentialed.
• Interpret and manage remote and in-office cardiac device monitoring, optimizing device function and patient outcomes.
• Participate in EP call coverage and provide comprehensive longitudinal arrhythmia care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.
• Remain current with advances in electrophysiology and contribute to education of cardiology fellows and residents.
