Job summary

Lee Health Heart Institute is seeking a fellowship-trained Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist to join an existing multi-specialty cardiology practice in Southwest Florida. EP services are in high demand, with two EP labs and responsibilities spanning consults, ablations, and lead extractions.

The ideal candidate will provide office and hospital-based EP care, work with APPs, and use EPIC for medical records. Call coverage is balanced and EP specialists are supported by a strong team.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Electrophysiology required.
• Experience with complex ablations, cardioversions, and lead extractions preferred.
• Board certification in Cardiology is desirable but not explicitly stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide EP consults in the office and at HealthPark Hospital.
• Perform complex ablations, cardioversions and lead extractions.
• Collaborate with APPs and use EPIC for medical records.
• Participate in general cardiology call of 1:4 evenings and weekends.
