The role is accountable for delivering scalable, flexible, and collaborative MDS solutions that enable business transformation across markets. The MDS Planning Lead ensures successful adoption of core planning product solutions and platforms (like SAP S/4HANA and O9, aligning with global product architecture while addressing regional business needs.**Guiding Organizational Principles**To operate effectively in a product organization composed of global, regional, and local teams, this role must embody the following principles:Clear Lines of ResponsibilityDefine accountability across global, regional, and market levels. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
