Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university.
• Two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas or a related field.
• A master’s degree may substitute for one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional student services in personal and academic advising to EOP and Guardian Scholars participants.
• Develops and monitors action plans to enhance academic success and retention.
• Trains and supervises student staff and coordinates mentoring activities.
• Refers students to campus services and community resources as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation and data reports for program evaluation.
