The Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) business unit focuses on developing state-of-the-art Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) technologies and systems for a variety of mission-critical applications. We are at the forefront of innovation, providing advanced solutions that enhance situational awareness and operational effectiveness. We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer I with experience in C++ and Linux to join our team in the Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) business unit, supporting EO/IR programs. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and integration of software solutions that power next-generation EO/IR systems for critical aerospace and defense applications. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
