Job summary

Rigid Tactical Careers seeks an experienced EOD Munitions Support Technician to support the 801 RED HORSE Training Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL. The role serves as the primary manager for the EOD munitions account and enforces safety regulations across training operations.

Location is Tyndall AFB, FL with a Secret clearance requirement. The incumbent will oversee munitions handling, safety program execution, and environmental tracking while ensuring strict compliance with Air Force regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NAVSCOLEOD; minimum of 8 years EOD operational experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Air Force munitions management regulations and custody accounts.
• Direct familiarity with EOD Information Management System (EODIMS).
• Valid driver's license; strong grounding in safety regulations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EOD munitions account with 100% accountability and secure storage.
• Administer ground and explosive safety programs, audits, inspections, and incident reporting.
• Review safety documentation per DAFMAN 91-203 and AF Form 55.
• Maintain security controls for explosive storage areas and coordinate range support.
• Coordinate munitions requirements for arriving CSTR units and support environmental tracking.
