RTX's Effector-Optics (EO) Department seeks an EO Sensor Analyst / Engineer II to develop data analysis tools supporting production of Tier II Exo-atmospheric Seekers and Sensors in Tucson, AZ. This is an onsite role requiring DoD Secret clearance and active citizenship.

The successful candidate will build robust analysis methods, document algorithms, and collaborate with senior engineers to improve test throughput while maintaining mission assurance.

Formación

• Degree in STEM with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing EO seeker or sensor data.
• Experience using Matlab.
• Experience with optics, detectors, and EO sensors/test methods.
• Experience writing technical data analysis reports.

Responsabilidades

• Assess flight test performance by comparing lab measurements with observed data.
• Write the EO sensor/seeker portion of flight test reports and flag anomalies.
• Develop algorithm requirements and analyze system performance.
• Lead small teams and interface with test equipment development.
• Investigate test problems and present failure reports.
• Analyze EO sensor analysis tool results to spot test issues.
