Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Technical SETA to support the lifecycle of a research program, serving as SME in Image Science with EO/IR expertise. The role requires attending meetings, workshops, and testing events, and involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Bethesda, MD.

Minimum 6+ years in EO/IR systems, with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. A Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience, and leadership of R&D teams is valued. Salary range provided.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s may substitute for experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in EO/IR systems and sensing technologies.
• Experience with signal processing, machine learning, and test equipment.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary R&D or T&E team.
• Experience creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in Image Science with EO/IR specialization.
• Support lifecycle from development to transition.
• Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and testing events as SME.
• Work on client site in Bethesda, MD, 5 days a week.
