Job summary

Envision is seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a role at Belton Regional Medical Center in Missouri. The physician will have a key role in providing patient care in a busy emergency department with an annual visit of approximately 31,000.

This position includes working 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday and 12-hour shifts during the weekend. The role requires maintaining current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications while utilizing Meditech EMR for documentation.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and fully paid travel, lodging, and application fees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of post-residency experience preferred.
• Maintain up-to-date ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician position at Belton Regional Medical Center, a 71‑bed LevelIII Trauma Center in Belton, MO, part of the Envision Healthcare network.

Responsibilities

• Work 10‑hour shifts Monday through Thursday and 12‑hour shifts Friday through Sunday; 24‑hour APP coverage daily with 12‑hour shifts.
• Provide physician coverage from 7a.m. to 7p.m. and 7p.m. to 7a.m.; total 28‑hour physician coverage per day.
• Attend to approximately 31000 annual visits in a 17‑bed ED with 7 fast‑track chairs.
• Utilize Meditech EMR with Dragon Dictation for documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.
