Qualifications

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Indiana.
• 2–5 years of Environmental/Toxic Tort litigation experience (welcome all levels).
• Excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Self-starters who can handle assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle appearances at hearings, depositions and trials.
• Engage in forward-facing client interactions and case strategy.
