Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental Test Technician to join the Costa Mesa, CA team. You will execute a wide range of climactic tests on products, interpret requirements with program engineers, and deliver trusted data packages.

The role blends hands-on lab work with engineering judgment to tailor test methods and drive robust test results. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on environmental testing experience and familiarity with MIL-STD-810/DO-160.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical discipline required, with relevant engineering experience.
• 5+ years hands-on environmental testing experience including thermal, vibration, and shock testing.
• Proficiency with data acquisition systems and test instrumentation.
• Experience developing test procedures and engineering test reports.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute environmental test procedures for thermal, dynamic, climatic, corrosion, and ingress testing per MIL-STD-810, DO-160, and program requirements.
• Design instrumentation and data acquisition approaches for environmental tests.
• Program and operate test controllers and vibration systems.
• Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and produce engineering reports and data packages.
• Support test readiness reviews and maintain lab spaces and equipment.
