Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Environmental Manager in Austin, TX to lead and grow environmental consulting operations, manage client relationships, and secure new business opportunities. You will oversee project delivery, profitability, and multidisciplinary teams across industrial, energy, and commercial clients.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years of environmental consulting, with proven experience in Phase I/II ESAs, due diligence, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Strong background in environmental due diligence, site investigations, and remediation projects.
• Experience managing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Proven business development experience, including generating new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Experience managing project portfolios, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to build relationships, network effectively, and drive business growth.
• Experience working with industrial, commercial, and/or energy sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of environmental projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Oversee project profitability, resource allocation, scheduling, and overall project performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of environmental professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and professional conferences.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on environmental assessment and remediation projects.
• Manage and/or support - Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong knowledge of environmental programs affecting industrial, energy, and commercial clients.
