Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is seeking an Environmental Services Worker II to maintain cleanliness and safety across patient care areas. You will perform floor care, carpet shampoo tasks, and support a high standard of comfort for patients, visitors, and staff.
The position requires reliability, adherence to standards, and ongoing participation in in-service training and department improvement efforts. Experience in hospital environmental services is preferred (1–3 years).
As our Environmental Services Worker II, you will perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission and vision and within the scope of the Department's services. This job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of comfort and cleanliness in the buildings and areas used by our patients, visitors, and staff. At all times, duties are performed conscientiously and safely and efficiently, taking ownership and responsibility for assigned areas and keeping customer expectations in mind. Performs floor care and carpet shampoo duties.
This position is represented by CHEU and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
