Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Snellville, GA is seeking Environmental Services Technician for full-time and part-time roles. You will keep the store clean and welcoming through housekeeping and janitorial tasks, with a 4-ten hour day schedule for full-time and the remaining three days for part-time.

Duties include dusting, mopping, buffers/floor scrubbers, trash and bathroom care, and adherence to ISO regulations and company policies to ensure a safe, secure work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to push, pull, lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodations.
• The ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• The ability to bend, reach and grasp throughout the work day.
• One or more years of housekeeping, janitorial or custodian experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep stores clean – dusting, mopping, sweeping, and polishing.
• Train to use buffers and floor scrubbers.
• Handle trash and bathrooms as part of daily duties.
• Follow task outlines and comply with ISO regulations and company policies for safety and security.
