Job Details

Position: EVS Specialist

Location: W&B- 690 Good Drive

Hours: Full-Time-Evenings, 2:00pm-11:00pm, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital and hospital-owned properties, including refinishing, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, furniture, and performing routine housekeeping functions.
• Clean all environmental surfaces following universal precautions.
• Refinish floors, including machine scrubbing and applying floor finish.
• Respond to routine requests via pager.
• Shampoo furniture and extract carpets as necessary.
• Handle hospital furniture, equipment, and supplies disposal and transfers.
• Remove and rehang curtains and window treatments.
• Clean rooms, hallways, stairs, bathrooms, and offices.
• Gather and dispose of refuse and soiled linen following universal precautions.
• Maintain hospital property and report repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum required qualifications include the ability to perform the listed duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Education or equivalent experience is necessary.
