Job summary

Intermountain Health Cassia Regional Hospital in Burley, Idaho is seeking a part-time PRN Environmental Services Associate to perform general housekeeping throughout Cassia Hospital.

This very physical role requires standing/walking about 8 hours, bending and lifting loads, and sharp attention to detail. You will follow written and verbal directions and support a safe, sanitary, hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Clear ability to differentiate color-coded labels and/or chemicals and follow written/verbal directions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed to meet department needs.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing general housekeeping tasks to maintain the facility and associated buildings in a sanitary, safe, and attractive condition and to meet hospital and Joint Commission standards.

Position Details:

• Benefits Eligible: No

• Pay Rate : Depending on experience

• Shift Details: PRN (as needed by the department to help cover shifts) Will work a variety of shifts (days, afternoon, evening, nights, rotating weekends and assigned holidays) Most PRN caregivers work 1-3 shifts per week.

• Location: Cassia Hospital Environmental Services Dept.

• Additional Details: This position is cleaning throughout Cassia Hospital.

This is a very physical job and incumbent will be expected to stand/walk for 8 hours constantly. Will also need to be able to bend and get down and up easily. Needs to have good hand dexterity and be able to bend and lift loads. Needs to have good vision and attention to detail.
