Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to maintain clean and sanitary patient and non-patient areas throughout the medical center. You will work with hospital staff under the Environmental Services Manager, handling routine cleaning and safety checks to protect patients and staff.

The role supports infection prevention and a welcoming environment, with opportunities for training and career development in environmental services.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge equivalent to completion of two to four years of High School required.
• Health care support services and/or environmental services, hospitality, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned patient and non-patient areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Arranges and transports furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Notes and reports items needing repair and hazardous conditions requiring correction.
• Assists in care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies.
