Job summary

Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square, PA, a five-star continuing care retirement community, is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Technician for the 8am to 4pm shift with weekend and holiday rotations.

The EVS Technician will maintain clean environments across resident rooms, common areas, offices, bathrooms and storage areas, focusing on sanitizing and disinfecting. Prior EST housekeeper experience and floor care skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an EST housekeeper.
• Commercial floorcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment in assigned areas including common areas, private resident rooms, offices, bathrooms and storage areas.
• Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms and common areas to a high standard.

Dunwoody Village, a five-star rated continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Newtown Square (eastern Delaware County) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Environmental Services Technician for the 8am to 4pm shift.

It’s important to note the position requires working a weekend and holiday rotation.

The EVS Technician is responsible for providing a clean environment to all assigned areas including but not limited to common areas, private resident rooms, offices, bathrooms, and/or storage areas. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of sanitizing and disinfecting of bathrooms and common areas. The candidate must have 1+ years of experience as an EST housekeeper. Commercial floorcare experience is preferred.
