Job summary

Aramark EVS Worker performs cleaning and maintenance to meet patient and client needs. Responsibilities include sanitizing patient and resident rooms, restrooms, and waste disposal while following safety and infection control standards.

You will maintain equipment, report issues via work orders, and ensure security of the facility and assets. A friendly, adaptable approach to customers and co-workers is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA and regulations.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident areas and restrooms per infection control procedures.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to client standards and requirements.
• Stores and disposes of trash according to procedures and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers and co-workers.
• Secures the facility and ensures building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Protects company assets.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
