OVERVIEW This job involves thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting assigned areas, following safety and infection-control procedures, and properly using cleaning chemicals and equipment. The employee also restocks supplies, prepares patient rooms, handles different types of waste, reports safety or equipment issues, and responds to supervisor requests.

High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning experience helpful.
