Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Environmental Services teammate to clean, disinfect, stock patient rooms, offices and ancillary areas. The role includes removing linens and waste, and performing maintenance on floors, carpets, and upholstery.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent public service and/or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial setting.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, disinfects and stocks patient rooms, offices and ancillary areas according to procedures.
• Removes linens and waste streams.
• Maintains hard floors, carpets and upholstery per procedures.
• Assembles, maintains and stores required equipment and supplies.
• Communicates with team members to ensure service continuity.
• Reports maintenance and cleaning needs in the area.
