Job summary

Forefront seeks a diligent Environmental Services Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environment for patients, residents, staff, and visitors. The role emphasizes infection prevention, room readiness, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize patient/resident rooms and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• May perform laundry duties and deliver linens.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols (OSHA, CMS, TJC).
• Report maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
• Document completed work and adhere to checklists.
• Participate in training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Environmental Services team in daily operations.
• Adhere to department policies and infection prevention protocols.
