Qualifications

• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques and can develop and teach adults.
• Minimum of three years Experience in environmental or cleaning services field or hospital field.

Responsibilities

• Provide process management support for supervisors as well as training.
• Support the department on development and maintaining processes.
• Ensure effective communication of Leadership Model, scorecard and process management with team members or appropriate levels of staffing.
• Understand and communicate customer service goals of organization.
• Provide process support for the Environmental department with measurement techniques to align with the OhioHealth scorecard and values.
• Support and monitor activities of the Environmental Services Department.
