Responsibilities

• Manages Environmental Services, Patient Transport and Linen Distribution for assigned sites.
• Supports quality improvements with analytics and best practices.
• Ensures compliance with infection prevention, policies and regulations.
• Drives patient satisfaction and maintains service level agreements.
• Leads change initiatives and monitors process improvements.
• Handles HR responsibilities: interviews, promotions, performance reviews, and staff morale.
• Develops operating and capital budgets within approved objectives.
• Ensures adherence to the Code of Ethical Conduct.
