Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a School Custodial Department Manager for a single campus in our area. You will lead environmental services staff, ensure safety, inventory, and quality service, and align with policy and state requirements.

This role requires collaboration with administrators, training staff, and managing day-to-day cleaning operations across shifts. Minimum HS diploma, 2 years in environmental services, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Two years’ experience in Environmental Services in a school or healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Must be able to fully understand and complete all In-Services.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the environmental services staff at a single campus according to policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Provides leadership, support, coordination and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
• The Manager coordinates and insures the satisfactory and timely completion of project and program work done in the building on varying shifts.
• Maintains records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel and equipment, and ensures equipment is maintained and available.
