Healthcare Services Group, Inc. invites you to join our Environmental Services Manager in Training program, a structured 12-week pathway to learn to manage a care facility's housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations.

You will receive hands-on supervision, classroom and computer-based training, and mentorship to prepare for overseeing environmental services in a healthcare setting, with opportunities for growth within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills to maintain records and complete reports.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
