Keck Hospital of USC is seeking a Manager of Environmental Services to support the Director in planning, organizing, and supervising daily EVS operations. You will ensure aseptic standards, safe environments, and effective public relations across the department.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with oversight of scheduling, training, quality control, safety compliance, and budget monitoring to maintain high-service levels and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains orderliness, cleaning, and safety standards.
• Coordinates waste disposal, cleaning, and linen provision.
• Knows and complies with Infection Control Procedures/ Standards.
• Develops and manages staff scheduling procedures, call-dispatching procedures and their perspective database system.
• Monitors and helps control department budget.
• Provides direction and support for EVS staff and workers.
• Plans for provision of services through provision of appropriate levels of qualified, competent staff.
