Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. You will ensure compliance with policies, train staff, and coordinate daily operations to deliver high-quality resident care and service.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and effective communication with administrators, staff, and residents, while maintaining strong attendance and productivity across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects.
