Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for a hospital in Philadelphia, PA. The EVS Manager leads the team to ensure health and safety standards, patient room cleaning, waste removal and floor care meet client expectations.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate linen distribution, schedules and training, and collaborate with department leaders while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Healthcare environmental services management experience preferred
• 2–5 years in supervisory role or 1+ years in management role
• Floor care experience with equipment and chemicals knowledge
• Experience managing janitorial, custodial or housekeeping operations
• Demonstrates leadership to ensure safety, quality and service

Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an Environmental Services Manager position at a hospital in Philadelphia, PA. The Environmental Services (EVS) Manager is responsible for developing and executing facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met, such as managing overall cleanliness, patient room cleaning, bed turnaround times, waste removal and floor care . Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. Leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Floor care experience required; including knowledge of the equipment and chemicals used.
• Experience managing janitorial, custodial or housekeeping operations will be considered.
