Qualifications

Responsibilities

Operates cleaning and housekeeping duties as described, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Performs cleaning and disinfecting procedures, including floors, walls, furniture and fixtures.
Washes walls, ceilings and stairs; cleans vents and light fixtures; vacuums rugs and furniture.
Takes down, washes and rehanges venetian blinds and curtains; washes windows.
Empties wastebaskets; collects trash and transports to pickup areas.
Cleans kitchens, dining areas, and related spaces.
Performs custodial duties such as moving equipment and tightening hardware.
Maintains cleanliness of storage closets and equipment.
