Aurora Health Care is seeking an Environmental Services Technician with lead responsibilities to coordinate housekeeping operations across hospital areas. You will supervise staff, monitor schedules, maintain supply levels, and ensure clean, safe environments for patients, families and staff through adherence to EVS procedures and service standards.

Functions as Environmental Services Tech, knowing all positions/responsibilities within department. When in a lead role:
Supply and equipment use and maintenance.
Communicate to leadership associate performance, conduct, issues, etc.
Customer Satisfaction - Demonstrates a commitment to satisfying customer needs and exceeding customer expectations. Continues to improve patient and customer satisfaction scores.
Trains associates and assists in Department Orientation Process.
Team player Able to work with all levels of personnel Demonstrates flexibility Projects a positive attitude Willing to learn, cooperate Self motivated Demonstrates initiative Good communication skills. Job responsibility involve walking, standing, bending, climbing and lifting throughout the work day. Ability to perform medium lifting: up to 35 pounds occasionally and/or 10 to 15 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly.
