Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead the EVS team in a hospital setting. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure adherence to EVS procedures while promoting high patient and staff satisfaction.
Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, leading in hazardous materials planning, and training staff on new cleaning methods. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Lead co-workers in the day-to- day operations of the Environmental Services department (EVS) program.
Functions as Environmental Services Tech, knowing all positions/responsibilities within department. When in a lead role:
Supply and equipment use and maintenance.
Communicate to leadership associate performance, conduct, issues, etc.
Customer Satisfaction - Demonstrates a commitment to satisfying customer needs and exceeding customer expectations. Continues to improve patient and customer satisfaction scores.
Trains associates and assists in Department Orientation Process.
