Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking team members in Spencer, North Carolina, for linen processing positions. Responsibilities include emptying soiled linen barrels, folding processed linen, and maintaining a clean laundry area.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, strong time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision. The role offers opportunities for advancement and a supportive, diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Empty all soiled linen barrels from both Nurses Stations, sort, and load machines.
• Fold any/all linen processed.
• Clean Laundry Area: sweep floors and wipe down all machines.

Job Duties

• Empty all soiled linen barrels from both Nurses Stations, sort, and load machines.
• Fold any/all linen processed.
• Collect and process soiled bibs and tablecloths from food service.
• Personal processing, hanging and delivery.
• Clean Laundry Area: sweep floors thoroughly (underneath clean linen shelving), wipe down all machines (washers and dryers), recheck lint traps and thoroughly sweep out, straighten up clean linen on shelves and laundry area.
