Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree/certification (e.g., CFA) preferred but not required.
• 5-7 years of total relevant investment banking M&A experience, including prior Associate-level responsibilities; Environmental Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and understand complex financial models.
• Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight.
• Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant software programs.
• Complete research and maintain information databases as required.
• Work well as part of a team in a high stress environment.
• Develop good working relationships with peers and senior bankers.
• Manage priorities across multiple high priority opportunities.
• Complete basic credit and corporate finance overview independently.
• Support Managing Directors with internal/external presentations.
• Interact with constituencies in closing loan transactions.
• Adhere to risk, compliance, confidentiality, and information barriers.
