Nebraska Methodist Health System in Fremont, NE is seeking a casual hospital cleaner to provide daily cleaning and disinfection of patient and non-patient areas at Methodist Fremont Health Hospital. Schedule is casual, with workdays and hours varying to meet business needs.
Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, maintaining clean hallways and supply areas, and following safety and infection control procedures.

Work Schedule: This is a casual position. Casual employees work on an ‘as needed’ basis to meet the needs of the business. Workdays/hours will often vary from week to week.
Provide daily cleaning/disinfecting of all patient and non-patient areas of the Hospital.

Job Description:
Physical Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20 to 50 lbs). Examples: Nurses, LPNs, and physical therapists.
Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature, and noise. Examples: Patient care providers and laboratory technicians.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Category 1: Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, and other potentially infectious materials.
