Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor for the Second (Evenings) shift. The role supports the manager in planning, organizing, and supervising department functions to keep a clean and safe environment.

You will lead assigned teams and act as a technical resource to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate has 1 year of supervisory experience (required) and 2+ years preferred, with CHEST certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with familiarity in environmental services or custodial settings.
• Ability to lead and coordinate team activities to maintain a clean, safe environment.
