Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services in Spencer, NC, seeks a dedicated Environmental Services Housekeeper to maintain residents' rooms and common areas in a healthcare or facility setting.

Qualifications

• Environmental Services housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans residents' rooms as assigned, including dusting, polishing, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, emptying trash, and organizing.
• Straightens, picks up, and organizes common areas and therapy rooms.
• Cleans offices as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Shifts

7:00am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday) -Must be available to work every other weekend.

Job Duties

• Cleans residents' rooms as assigned, which includes dusting, furniture polishing, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping floor, vacuuming carpet, cleaning mirrors, changing linens, making beds, emptying trash, and general straightening and organizing.
• Straightens, picks up, and organizes all common areas, therapy rooms, etc.
• Straightens, picks up, and cleans offices as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
