Job summary

Canyon Ridge Hospital is seeking a full-time House Keeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will clean and supply patient rooms, offices, lobbies, lounges, and restrooms, following standard procedures in a behavioral health setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience in healthcare or hospitality cleaning. Flexibility in hours and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred; experience in healthcare or hospitality industry (cleaning).
• Must be able to concentrate on work amidst distractions; meet deadlines.
• Must be flexible in work hours to meet patient and organization operating needs.
• Must be able to read and comprehend manuals/instructions.
• Must maintain self-control in volatile or hostile customer service interactions.
• Must be able to perform several tasks concurrently.
• Must have ability to maintain information as highly confidential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply patient rooms, offices, lobbies, lounges, departments, restrooms and other areas as assigned.
• Perform routine cleaning duties according to departmental procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of hospital spaces to support patient care.

Canyon Ridge Hospital has serviced the Greater Inland Empire since 1989. Canyon Ridge is a 157-bed acute, locked psychiatric facility offering services to adolescents ages 13-17, adults and older adults.

Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and supplying patient rooms, offices, lobbies, lounges, departments, restrooms, and other areas assigned in accordance with the standard departmental procedures.
