TouchPoint, a Compass Group USA service line, seeks a skilled manager to oversee housekeeping operations within a hospital setting. The role focuses on controlling costs, managing budgets, and collaborating with multiple hospital departments to ensure high service levels.

Qualified candidates hold a four-year degree with 2–4 years leading housekeeping in a large hospital account, and must be capable of analyzing financial data and presenting clear insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Two to four years plus housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
• High customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
• Develop and recommend department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Communicate with administration and other departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise department functions and activities.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for departmental operations.
