Job summary

AdventHealth in Calhoun, GA is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to perform cleaning, sanitizing and basic room turnover. You will help maintain a safe, clean facility and respond to alerts while supporting patient care areas.

The role requires the ability to read MSDS, follow written and oral instructions, and English communication. Shift is 4pm-12:30am with rotating weekends, and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets and product labels.
• Must follow oral and written assignments and perform basic environmental duties.
• Must be able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Document all work performed and maintain knowledge related to sanitizing and making beds, including cleaning operating rooms.
• Report hazardous situations and respond to hazards and emergencies to keep the facility safe and clean.
• Travel to assigned areas and respond to overhead pages or pager notifications.
• Stock carts daily with paper products and cleaning solutions.
• Clean patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices and ancillary rooms in assigned areas

Pay Range:

$15.14 - $24.22
