Job summary

Johnson County Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment across all areas of the facility. The pay rate is based on years of experience and qualifications.

The role involves cleaning resident rooms, toilets, baths, windows, walls, furniture, and common areas, with emphasis on disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe environment in all areas of the facility.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans, mops, and sanitizes resident rooms, toilets, and baths.


• Cleans windows, windowsills, window treatments, walls, and furniture.


• Performs special cleaning of rooms, disinfects walls, floors and furnishings.


• Cleans nursing stations, halls, lobbies, treatment rooms, recreation areas, lounges, and dining areas.

Minimum Qualifications:
