Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain clean, safe patient spaces across our facilities in Morrell Corners, NJ. You will disinfect rooms, handle linens, manage stock, and support daily cleaning operations in line with hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient's rooms, bathrooms, furniture and other areas in a timely manner.
• Deliver linen and remove trash from assigned areas.
• Sweep and mop patient's rooms.
• Maintain stock of materials, supplies and chemicals on cleaning cart.
• Perform daily floor care procedures.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and polished; carts and buckets emptied at shift end.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and HM Organizational standards.
