Job summary

Methodist Hospital in Minnesota is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to join our team. You will help maintain clean, comfortable, and orderly environments for patients, staff, and visitors, promoting sanitary conditions to prevent infections.

Schedule is 0.7 FTE (28 hours/week) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., every other weekend. Prior housekeeping experience and basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies are preferred.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of high school.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, computer, and their related uses.
• Able to communicate; read and understand instructions.
• Previous experience in housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Promote sanitary conditions to prevent spread of infections.
