Lifepoint Health in partnership with Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital South seeks an Environmental Services Worker to maintain a sanitary, safe environment and support patient care in the St. Louis area.

Qualifications

How You'll Contribute

The Environmental Services Worker will create a sanitary, safe environment and enhance the appearance of the facility. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces
• Stocking paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated
• Maintaining cart and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate area when finished with shift

Qualifications And Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience: Previous clinical housekeeping experience preferred

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
