Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland in Cleveland, TN is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment in alignment with regulatory standards. You will participate in routine cleaning and safety protocols to support patient well-being and a healing environment.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, maintaining a tidy workspace, and adhering to hazardous materials guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts if needed.

• Utilize various equipment such as high dusters, vacuums, mops, floor polishers, and other tools to perform cleaning duties.

• Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures for handling hazardous materials and potential exposure situations.
