Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an Environmental Senior Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects from proposal to closeout. This role provides technical leadership, manages client relationships, mentors staff, and ensures projects are delivered safely, profitably, and in accordance with ECS standards.

Strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills are required. Licensure by reciprocity within 3 months is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to Environmental Consulting
• Must have the ability to obtain a local license through reciprocity within three months of hire date
• Extensive knowledge of environmental principles, regulations, and consulting practices
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships

The expected pay range for this role and location is $117,000 - $118,618/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
